General Warranty Overview:
DigiCom International Inc. will replace parts that prove to be defective in the material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period from the original date of purchase. This warranty is good only to the original purchaser of the product during the duration of the warranty period as long it is in the U.S.

Warranty Stage and Criterion:
Full Warranty: Systems under full warranty are protected with no-cost repair and parts replacement. Customer is responsible for inbound freight charge for units sent in for repair during the first year of full warranty. Customer is responsible for inbound and outbound freight charges during the second and third years of the full warranty.

Out Of Warranty: Customers agree to pay an initial $75 diagnostic service charge and the cost of parts, also both inbound and outbound shipping charge.

 
Additional Information:
1. All units are covered by a 30-day cross ship protection to ensure the best quality.
2. Damage that results from delivery or improper installation is not covered by warranty.
3. Damage to the products caused by accident, fire, flood, misue, or abuse are not covered by warranty.
