Do I need a RMA# to return or repair
a product from Digicom International?
Yes. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must
be obtained. Digicom International will not accept returns
without a RMA#.
Make sure the RMA# is clearly visible on the exterior of the
box or on the shipping label. Click here

How do I obtain a RMA#?
Please download our RMA form. Fill it out and either email
to tech@digicomint.com
or fax to 631-249-5536. Once we received your RMA request
we will contact you with your RMA#.

All returning merchandise should be sent to the address below:

How do I check the status of a RMA?
Call 631-249-8999 ext 132 with your RMA# and a representative
will assist you in tracking your RMA.

How do I check if my product is still
under warranty?
There are two ways you can check if your product is still
under warranty. You can call 631-249-8999 ext 132 with the
serial number of the product and a representative will be
able to check for you. Or if you know the date of purchase
of your product you can determine if it's still under warranty
by reading the next section RMA policy.

What is the RMA policy?
Types of warranty
Full Warranty - All parts and labor are
covered.
Limited Warranty - $75 service charge only,
parts are covered.
Out of warranty - $75 service plus the cost
of parts.
RMA Warranty - No charge if we did not repair
the previous RMA.
- Booksize
computers have a two year warranty starting from the date
of purchase. First year is full warranty, second year is
limited warranty.
- Panel
PC, IPOS series units have one year full warranty only.
- RMA
warranty will be void after 90 days.
- After
repair, a repair summary will be faxed to the customer if
there is any charge. Customers have to return the paper
with an authorization signature. You can fax to 631-249-5536.
- RMA
number is only valid for 15 days. After 15 days, please call us to confirm if the RMA# is still valid.
- All
return for credit can receive a full refund if returned
within 30 days from date of purchase. If returned within
30-60 days a 20% restocking fee will be applied. No return
for credit can be made after 60 days.

What
is the shipping policy?
The customer pays shipping of product to Digicom International
and Digicom will pay the shipping back to you. We will match
the shipping method you use to send your product to us.
All products must be shipped via a traceable carrier and package
properly insured. LCD monitors has to be packed by plastic
bubble wrap.
